Store Policy
Please read our policies carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase or deposit you agree to the terms below.
Sales & Deposits
- —All sales are final.
- —We accept a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price to hold an animal.
- —The balance must be paid within 30 days of the deposit date.
- —After 30 days, the animal is no longer on hold and the deposit is forfeited.
Shipping Schedule
- —All animals are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- —Shipping days are determined in accordance with the weather in both the origin and destination locations.
Live Arrival Guarantee
- —We offer a live arrival guarantee when shipping to a major delivery hub.
- —Animals must be picked up within three hours of arrival — failure to do so voids the guarantee.
- —We do not offer a live arrival guarantee when shipping to a private residence.
DOA Policy
- —If an animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we must be contacted within one hour of receiving the animal.
- —Contact must be made via email and must include a photo and/or video of both the packaging and the animal.
